Driver's License Renter must have a valid driver's license issued in the U.S., Canada or Mexico (Airport locations may accept International driver's license, call for details). Age All Renters must be at least 25 years of age, or 21 with exceptions, and have a valid drivers license issued in the United States, Canada or Mexico. Additional drivers must be at least 25, or 21 with exceptions. Renters of 21 to 24 years of age must present a valid drivers license, major credit card and Proof of Insurance all in the Renters name. Credit Card All renters must have and present a major credit card in their name at the time of rental. Credit card must have enough available funds to secure the amount of rental. Additional drivers must also present a major credit card in his or her name. Upon return of vehicle, renter may pay by cash, travelers check, money order, cashiers check, debit card or credit card. We Accept The Following Major Credit Cards - American Express - Discover - MasterCard - Visa Cash Rentals - We will allow cash rentals under the following guidelines: - Cash rentals are accepted for the 12 or 15 Passenger vans only. - Renter must be at least 21 years of age with valid U.S driver's license. - The rental must be prepaid at the time of pickup. - A refundable cash deposit of $250.00 will be required in addition to the rental rate. - Renter must present proof of insurance in their name and insurance must be verified by a company employee. Additional Drivers We allow up to 2 additional drivers at no charge. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the Renter and be present at pick up or come by prior to the rental. Automobile Insurance Renter must provide proof of automobile insurance at the time of rental on all vehicles.
Loss Damage Waiver (LDW): Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) - Renter may purchase the Loss Damage Waiver LDW) on certain vehicles. Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI): Renter may purchase the Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI). Mexico Insurance: Renter may purchase Mexico Insurance. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): Renter may purchase the Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
Country Currency: Rates are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is to be made in U.S. dollars. Mexico Paperwork Fee: Call for details. Trailer Towing Fee: Call for details. Taxes: Taxes are not included in rates and will vary from state to state. Airport Fee: Call For Details GPS Navigation If the vehicle is returned without the GPS navigation, the renter will be charged for a replacement GPS Navigation. The price of the GPS Navigation is approximately $500. So please do not remove the GPS Navigation from the vehicle. Thank you Drivers License Check You need to know that we reserve the right to electronically check the (first time) renters' drivers' license. The only information we are able to access is DMV information which is public knowledge. There is a slight charge for this procedure. Depending on the state, the charge can be $10-15. Pet Hair, Dirt, and Odor Our policy is clear and simple. No one wants to sit in a car that has pet hair or odor in it. So please do not carry dogs or cats in the vehicle. If you must, they cover the area where your pet is going to be. If the vehicle comes back with pet dirt or odor, You WILL be charged an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle. The charge is a minimum of $50. Please be considerate. Thank You Unlimited Miles When applies. Unlimited mileage only applies on driving in California; and not to exceed a 300 Mile radius or leave CA.
DURING A 2, 3, OR 4 DAY HOLIDAY PERIOD, UNLESS WE SPECIFICALLY WRITE OTHERWISE ON YOUR CONTRACT, THE RATE QUOTED TO YOU WILL NOT CHANGE IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO THE DATE/TIME PRINTED ON YOUR CONTRACT. FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU RENT A VEHICLE DURING THE THANKSGIVING 4 DAY HOLIDAY PERIOD, YOUR RENTAL CHARGE WILL BE THE SAME IF YOU KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR 1, 2, 3, OR 4 DAYS. HOLIDAY PERIOD INCLUDE LABOR DAY, MEMORIAL DAY, THANKSGIVING, 4TH OF JULY, CHRISTMAS, ETC. Holiday Period Additional Charge Applies During holiday periods discounts and coupon specials DO NOT apply. Holiday rates might be higher than Internet prices and are NOT DISCOUNTABLE, and rates of vans might be higher than posted on the Internet. If your reservation is made within 4 weeks of a national holiday the posted internet price is not guaranteed, please call to confirm prices. During certain holiday periods such as Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Christmas and possibly other holidays, the minimum rental is 4 days. This means that if the vehicle is returned before the 4th day, the charge will still be the full holiday 4 day charge. Due to the many reservation requests during a holiday time, in order to confirm and hold your reservation, you must call in and give a deposit towards your rental. Without a deposit we cannot guarantee the reservation. For further information please call our office. Also, please note that during holiday periods, there is NO unlimited miles program. The rate that we will quote you will include 700 miles (some cars 1000). Any miles driven over the allowed 700 miles during the holiday period will be subject to a charge of $.40/mile. If you know that you will need additional miles, please advise us as soon as possible and the management might be able to create a special program for your needs. Thank you. Rental Extension Rates If the renter decides to extend the rental period to a new date past the original return date on the rental agreement, this will automatically void any special pricing or rate that was associated with the original rental length, and the normal printed price sheet rental rate will then be applied to the total rental time starting from the first day of the original rental agreement. In other words; for example; if the renter was given a 2 day special price that included a certain % discount, and then decided to extend the rental to 5 days, then the % discount will no longer be valid and the total rental will be calculated by the regular printed price sheet price. Any exception must be given by the manager in writing. Deposits for our 15 Pass Vans Reservation Security will be charged at the time of the reservation, and prior to vehicle actual rental the entire rental charge will be charged. At the time of the pickup a security deposit will be held on your account. That is 3 easy steps. 1. Secure your reservation 2.Pay for the rental 3. Authorize a Security deposit. Gasoline Refueling Our policy for refueling gas is very simple. Please return the vehicle with the same gasoline level as when you took the vehicle. The fuel level amount will be printed on your Car Rental contract. If you return it with less gasoline, we will charge you $4.95/gal used. So, please check your gas level before returning the vehicle. Thanks Spare Tire and Jack Each one of our vans is equipped with a spare tire (unless the vehicle has run flat tires), and a jack and lug wrench. It is the sole responsibility of the renter to replace the tire with the spare provided in case of a flat tire. We do not give flat tire replacement service. The renter is also responsible for the cost of the replacement tire. Unfortunately there are sometimes road hazards, but we cannot assume responsibility for the damage caused to the tires and rims. Please drive carefully and be aware of streets ahead of you. Unauthorized Repairs NO repairs of any kind, no matter how large or small may be done to the rental vehicle without written approval of the management. If a repair is done without approval, the renter will be fully responsible for any and all additional repair work that might be needed in order to properly repair the rental vehicle and to brig it back to its pre-rental condition.
Our Monthly rates are calculated as 4 weeks rentals. 30 days will be charged as 4 Weeks plus 2 days. Additional Drivers 2 additional drivers permitted. An additional charge of $10.00 applies per additional drive. Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21 Must have a US Valid license for more then 2 Years and stable driving history. Driving Area You CANNOT take vehicle outside following states: CA without a writing permission from us. Should you drive outside a 350-mile radius without prior written authorization you will be charged .25 (or up to 0.75 per mile) cents per mile after 150 free per starting from the beginning of the rental period and in violation of contract. Deposit Requirements Cash deposits are accepted. Call for details for the Cash Deposit. The following are also accepted for deposit: Debit Card, Company Account, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Direct Bill (with special approval) Payment Methods We accept the following methods of payment: Debit Card, Company Account, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Direct Bill (with special approval) Pick-ups and Drop-offs No Charge Pick-ups and drop-offs.
Liability Insurance We Offer Supplemental Liability Insurance Policy to protect the passengers in your vehicle above the state minimum coverage requirement and Up to $1 Million Dollar in Combined Coverage. Damage Waiver In addition we offer Damage Waiver to protect and reduce your responsibility in case of damages to our vehicle and limit your exposure to only 1st $1000 Damage Waiver-SUV-GV-PRE Supplement Liability Coverage We Offer Supplemental Liability Insurance Policy to protect the passengers in your vehicle above the state minimum coverage requirement and Up to $1 Million Dollar in Combined Coverage.
